About Katie

Born and raised in southern Lancaster County, I am not a native of the’ Delco’ area, but am proud to call myslef a ‘transplant’ here for over 20 years. Whether it was during my time traveling throughout the 53 zip codes that comprise Delaware County in my former life as a Physical Therapist, working with patients of all walks of life in 6 local hospitals, or attending my childrens’ many sporting and school events, it is through personal experience and love of the community that I have built an in-depth knowledge of the neighborhoods that make up this beautiful and diverse area that I call home.

After being an active member of this community and a personal real estate investor for many years, it seemed natural to turn that local focus and personal knowledge toward real estate. With a passion for serving the Delaware County area, and an extensive network of contacts accross many walks of life, I am ready to help with your real estate needs, whether they be residential or commercial.
